Here we are… about six months since we launched the new brand, Big Voice Social. After 15 or so years of having a brand we did not love, we landed on a fantastic name, color scheme and logo that is fun and truly represents who we are and what we do.
To get the brand ready, we enlisted a team of specialists:
- Big Bad Wolfe Creative did the graphic design
- 301 Interactive did the web development
- Maria Marchal Photography did the new team photos
This week’s Big Marketing Minute focuses on rebrands. If you are about to embark on a rebrand, one of the most important steps on your checklist should be a plan to announce it as you implement it.
Just like we worked through a task list for the design, the website and shot list for the photo shoot, we had to also make a task list for the rebrand. This included:
- Brand voice
- Talking points
- Messaging
- Roll-out schedule
- Types of posts and stories to tell
- How to feature our strategic partners
- How to feature each team member
…and more.
